You Deserve To Be Heard
Are you tired of feeling stuck, anxious, stressed or overwhelmed?
Do you keep repeating an unhealthy pattern?
Is there something constantly weighing you down?
Are you struggling with a certain relationship?
Do you want your life to be different?
You are not alone.
I get it.
Anxiety
In this day and age, daily life itself can be anxiety provoking. It’s difficult to dodge the overwhelming wealth of bad news with the state of devastation all around our world and with the news and social media so easy to access, it can be hard to get our minds away from it all. It’s normal to have some level of anxiety. We all have some anxiety, but there are times when anxiety completely overtakes our lives and debilitates us. High levels of anxiety can also destroy relationships and cause conflict. It can truly keep us stuck. It does not have to be this way.
There are tools, strategies and techniques to decrease your level of anxiety so that it does not rule your life and disrupt your relationships. Erin goes beyond the band aid approach and teams up with the client to get at the root sources of the client’s anxiety in order to teach the client how to move through it in a healthier way. Take back your life and get into the driver seat so that you can move the roadblock of high anxiety out of your way. There is so much life to live, adventures to take and beauty to see…don’t let anxiety ruin your quality of life.
Trauma
Unresolved trauma can wreak havoc on your life. It can make daily functioning a challenge and strain relationships. Erin compassionately meets clients right where they are at and ensures them a safe place for them to move through their trauma at their own pace.
She truly understands the significant impact that trauma has on the mind, brain and body. When working with clients that have had traumatic experiences, Erin incorporates a holistic treatment approach taking into consideration not only the mind, but also the body and brain.
Relationships
Healthy meaningful relationships make life rich, beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, the reality is many people struggle with relationships that are strained and difficult due to a variety of factors. Many people in our lives have addiction issues, untreated mental health issues or just general unhealthy patterns of living and communicating. Toxic, manipulative, controlling people can impact us and our families greatly if we don’t have healthy communication and boundaries in place.
Erin can help you navigate challenging relationships in your life and empower you with the insight, awareness, confidence and communication skills necessary to cultivate healthy relationships.
Life Transitions
Life is full of transitions that can greatly impact our day-to-day functioning and overall well-being. Sometimes, these changes are just too much to face alone. Whether it may be a divorce, child leaving the home, job change or loss, loss of a loved one or a new season of life that has put you on shaky ground and been overwhelmingly difficult to adjust to,
Erin can offer you a safe space to process through the change and support you as you move through the transition. There can be brighter days ahead.
